Important Dates & Submission Steps

Please follow the steps below to prepare for the manuscripts to be presented at the conference, and published in the proceedings of the conference.

Register for Conference

• Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference. IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

Submitting the Signed Copyright Form

• Please FAX your signed copyright form to ICST at (36)-1-349-4355
• You will be notified ONLY if your copyright form is not complete.

Submitting the Manuscripts

• Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.  Please follow ACM SIG Proceedings format found at the following link

• After you have registered for the conference (step 1) and submitted the copyrighted form (step 2), you will be sent with an upload location. At the upload location, you will be asked to submit your paper either in WORD format or PDF format.

Final Manuscripts Page Limit and Format

• Regular papers are allowed up to 10 pages and short papers are allowed up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
• Extra page cost of USD$100 (or HKD$780) will be charged per page. They should be sent along with the registration form.
